Inside, the interior has been professionally and artfully designed, with delicate touches all throughout. All the furniture, art and decor has been hand-selected to showcase a refined, elevated retreat. Nearby, historic Northwood is undergoing a transformative revitalization with shops, restaurants, walkways and parks. West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Island are minutes down the road as well.

During your stay
Additional rules
Minimum rental age is 25. Please avoid wearing shoes in the house :) No parties, events or guests not included on the booking request. No smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes. No firearms or weapons. Pet friendly, up to a maximum of four, $100 for each pet.
Check-in is at 4pm, check out is at 11am. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 9am. For other house information, please refer to our house manual.

Additional requests
– Remove all perishable items.
– Load and start the dishwasher.
– Leave all used beds unmade (no need to strip linens)
– Place all used towels in a pile in the bathroom
– Close and lock all windows and doors
– Please report any damages that occur immediately, so we can address them ASAP.
Getting around
There’s many great shops and restaurants within a 5 to 15 minute walk. To venture farther, you’ll need a car. Ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are available in abundance. Parking on the property for two cars. Street parking is also available.
