We’re delighted to host special events such as weddings receptions, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, family gatherings, and any other special occasions.

Please note: No unscheduled events are allowed to take place without the expressed permission from The Lake Estate management.

Smoking is allowed outside of the house. No smoking inside the house at any time.

Please avoid wearing shoes inside the house in order to keep the floors and carpets clean. Comfortable slippers are provided for all guests for use inside the house. The slippers should not be worn outside of the house as they are only meant for indoor wearing and should be kept clean.

We ask that any decorations or items/furnitures moved or removed, should be put back in their original location.

Please help us keep the Lake Estate clean. As customary with Airbnb policy, please dispose of trash and keep the kitchen clean prior to your checkout.

Checkout time is 11AM. Housekeepers arrive on time to clean the house so please do not impede their work if you are unable to checkout on time. There is a $100 / hour fine should you pass the checkout time. Late checkout may be available, but you must inform us the day before checkout.
